Mrs Hancock has been working with Year 11 students in their Personalised Learning lessons towards the ASDAN Personal Development Programme. One of the tasks in the Communications Module is to prepare and give a presentation on a topic of their choice.
Mrs Young, Mrs Kinderman and Mrs Duck were delighted to be invited to watch the presentations in the library. They were given delicious refreshments made and provided by the students.
The presentations were on:
Cats; Skylanders, a computer game; Kingdom Hearts, another computer game; local steam train lines; gymnastics, trampolining and DMT; Alison Lapper; Explorer Scouts.
Well done to the Year 11s involved in this for all the research, technical presentation skills and hospitality that made this such an enjoyable morning.
