Back in March this year we ran our annual Sponsored Readathon and Year 7 raised the amazing amount of £850 for children's charities. In recognition of our commitment to reading and for raising money to help seriously ill children, Readathon have teamed up with Scholastic Book Clubs to reward us with £170 of free books.
Mrs Duck, our Library Manager, took great pleasure in choosing the books and these award winning new titles and books by award winning authors were delivered to the library yesterday, including three copies of the current favourite 'The Fault In Our Stars' which has just been released as a film.
