The South East Special Leaders Award is an engineering challenge that more than 480 students across the South East entered. There were 120 finalists and 7 of those were from Chailey. Tomos Whelpton and Eloise Taberman-Pichler were winners for Year 8 and attended a prize giving ceremony at Sussex University on Saturday for their wonderful engineering designs.
